- It has printed so half of one stave is on separate ages, I cannot adjust the page margins or re-downlaod to fix it, so is essentially useless. Very disappointed and will not use again.

When the page has loaded please simply sign into your account and then click on the title of the piece that you wish to print. Please then scroll down on the next page that appears and you should be able to see the score on screen. Once you have checked the score and are happy to proceed please press the printer icon found on the settings wheel directly below the music.
