- The Cantilene from No. 11 is well known and very pleasing. The Theme & Variations from No. 10 is also very accessible and the Prelude of the same sonata has a nice (double?) fugue which is well worth playing.
- Novello don't seem to be able to decide how to bind their editions of the Rheinberger sonatas. Thus far I've bought the scores for six of them and two are cover bound, one is ring bound. The latter is much less easy to accomodate on a small music shelf!
